Popular Pool Pricing

Even though the main aquatic season is reaching an end don’t despair, the summer isn’t over yet! In fact, now is the best time to score some major deals on end of the season pool entry. Also, believe it or not, now is the time to start planning for next year’s pool pass since you can get early bird rates on pool passes for next year over the winter. And don’t forget to check out some fun indoor pools/pool deals that you can enjoy all winter long!

Outdoor Pools:

The Dells: The Wisconsin Dells is within easy driving distance from the Chicagoland area. Now is the time to hunt down deals for the outdoor only water parks like Mount Olympus since they will be closing for the ‘off season’ soon.

Hurricane Harbor Rockford: Just a short zip down I-90 and you will be at what is now called Hurricane Harbor in Rockford, IL. Their end of season sale prices are set to begin August 24.

Raging Waves: Is located near Plano, IL and is currently offering an end of year discounted rate of 29.99, but warns that some attractions will be closed.

Otter Cove: In St. Charles Il is currently open for their end of season hours only. As such, they are offering discounted admission of $3/resident and $5/non-resident for the splash park.

Cross Town Pool Pass: Be on the lookout around January for deals on next year’s pool pass. It’s a bit cheaper to buy ahead of time and gives you access to both pools in St. Charles, IL.

Indoor Pools:

Vaugn Center: Is located in Aurora and is open all winter long. They offer both a regular pool and indoor water park.

Lagoon Pool: Is located in Elk Grove Village and offers a regular lap pool, hot tub, water park with slide, and warm water therapy pool.

Grand Bear Resort: Will require a tad bit longer of a ride out to Utica, IL (near Starved Rock State Park). It features an indoor water park, arcade, cabins, rooms, and mini golf. Check out Tripinsider.com for deals on last minute unbooked rooms.
